Our Contribution: Supply of pre-fabricated balconies and Juliettes

The Ellis Apartments in Tacoma Washington, offers walkout balconies in this 100-unit complex. The balconies we supplied include 3/16” perforated aluminum panels to serve as railings and a powder coated steel frame for structural support that can support the weight of several people. The total walkout dimensions were 38” x 117”. The client decided to choose metal grated flooring for aesthetic appeal. A variety of different railing options can chosen such as pickets and glazed railings.  

They arrived on site ready for an easy installation without compromising any vision or design.
