Lumby Seniors' Residential Development – Balcony & Staircase Railings

StateCraft was proud to contribute custom metalwork solutions for the Lumby Seniors’ Residential Development, providing both balcony railing systems and interior staircase railings that reflect the project’s architectural vision and meet the functional needs of senior residents.

We collaborated closely with the architect to stay true to the original rendering, delivering fully engineered, fabricated, and installed systems tailored to the site.

Balcony Railings: We supplied and installed perforated aluminum railing systems, complete with posts and handrails. The cutout pattern was selected in consultation with the architectural team to ensure visual appeal, ventilation, and code compliance. These railings enhance safety and comfort while contributing to the building’s welcoming, modern aesthetic.

Staircase Railings: For the main stairwells, we fabricated and installed custom perforated aluminum railing panels featuring architect-specified cutout patterns. Designed to support both safety and visibility, the system includes powder-coated finishesfor long-term durability and a cohesive interior look.
